Laboratory

Our college is equipped with well-maintained and modern laboratories that support practical learning across various disciplines. These labs play a crucial role in helping students gain hands-on experience and apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios. Our college laboratories foster a learning-by-doing environment. They not only improve students’ practical skills but also boost their confidence and problem-solving abilities.

Science Labs: The Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Zoology labs are fully equipped with essential instruments, chemicals, and safety equipment. Students perform experiments under the guidance of qualified instructors.

Our college also has Agriculture Faculty which has various departments having their own laboratories. Our agricultural laboratories help students develop technical skills and scientific understanding required for modern farming. They also encourage research, innovation, and sustainable agricultural practices to meet the demands of the future.

Soil Science Lab:

This lab allows students to test and analyze different soil types, pH levels, nutrient content, and texture. It helps in understanding soil fertility and making informed decisions about crop management.

Agronomy Lab:

Students study crop production techniques, seed quality, and field management practices. The lab includes models, seed samples, and small-scale tools for demonstrations.

Plant Pathology Lab:

Equipped for studying plant diseases, this lab provides microscopes and specimen samples for identifying pests, fungi, bacteria, and other harmful agents that affect crops.

Entomology Lab:

This lab focuses on the study of insects and their role in agriculture—both beneficial and harmful. It includes insect collections, traps, microscopes, and charts.

Dairy science Lab:

Milk Testing Equipment: Instruments to check fat content, SNF (Solids Not Fat), pH, density, and adulteration. Product Preparation Tools: Equipment for making paneer, curd, butter, ghee, ice cream, and other dairy products. Quality Control Instruments: Tools to analyze microbial load, shelf life, and overall product quality. Hygiene & Safety Measures: Proper sanitation systems and cold storage facilities to maintain product safety.

Horticulture Lab:

Students learn about fruits, vegetables, flowers, and ornamental plants. The lab supports experiments related to plant propagation, nursery management, and post-harvest technology.
