The Department of Agricultural Statistics is one of the leading department of the Faculty of Agriculture which was established in the year 2021 under Chaudhary Charan Singh university Meerut.Previously this department has been working under the supervision of Statistics Department. Since then it has been actively engaged in teaching, research and extension activities. The department is serving auspicious semi-urban region and imparting quality education in the field of Agriculture statistics. The department also imparts teaching of B.Sc. Ag. and M.Sc. Ag (all cources) classes in Agricultural Statistics. All the latest teaching techniques are being adopted to teach Graduate & Post Graduate students.

Teaching work at U.G. Level (B.Sc.Ag.)
At UG level four years B.Sc.Ag. Degree programme is available. At UG entry level three sections of minimum 80 students are admitted. The College admits students on the basis of merit from all sections of the society. The admission rules of the university and the reservation rules of the U.P. Govt are strictly followed.
