The prestigious Department of Ag. Engineering was established in 1949, affiliated to Agra University U.P. for under graduate level. Initially it was housed in building which is now B.P.Ed block but later is was shifted in the agriculture block in 1996.
The founder head of the Ag. Engineering Department was Dr. Bhanwar Singh Sirohi worked from 1949 to 1970 and fostered a good academic environment of teaching and learning Prof. Randhawa succeeded Dr. Bhanwar Singh 1970 and enhanced its prestige and reputation till his retirement in 2010 at present Dr. S.K. Dwivedi is the officiating head of the department.

Infrastructure :-
The department has a well equipped laboratory come workshop which can accommodate 30 students are practical classes and training.

Academic Achievements :-
The department has been imparting teaching of Ag. Engineering which is a compulsory subject in B.Sc. Ag.
