Plagiarism Checking Facility
The Library of JV College provides a plagiarism checking facility (DrillBit software) for UG, PG, Ph.D. students and faculty members. This facility helps everyone to make their work original and free from copying.
Introduction
Plagiarism means copying someone else’s work without giving proper credit. It is not allowed in studies and research. To maintain integrity in education and research, the JV College Library has established a structured system for plagiarism detection and awareness.
Facility in the Library
The library has special software (DrillBit) to check plagiarism. Students and faculty members can:
- Upload their assignments, projects, or research work
- Get a report showing copied parts
- Correct mistakes before final submission
- Library staff also help users understand the report.
