Mentor – Mentee System

Guiding Students Towards Academic Excellence & Personal Growth

The Mentor–Mentee System is designed to create a structured framework for guidance, learning, and development. It connects experienced faculty members (Mentors) with students (Mentees) to facilitate knowledge sharing, skill development, and holistic growth.

Through regular interaction, goal setting, constructive feedback, and continuous support, the programme helps students improve their academic performance, build confidence, and prepare for future career opportunities. Simultaneously, mentors strengthen their leadership, communication, and coaching abilities, creating a collaborative learning environment for all.
